Who is Chris Cote? What is the Monday M.A.S.S? Why do we keep talking about the two? Well, we’re glad you asked. In a few words, Chris Cote is an action sports personality from Southern California. Cote grew up in sunny San Diego, a mecca for action sports brands and athletes, and quickly emerged himself in the industry as a competitive surfer and skateboarder. However, when Chris became the editor at Transworld Surf, he really began to make a name (and a voice!) for himself within the industry.
Post-Transworld; Chris has stayed busy as a commentator for the World Surf League, editor of Encinitas Magazine, a play-by-play analyst for the Vans Skate Series and host of the Monday M.A.S.S podcast with snowboarding legend Todd Richards. Some would say it’s the best podcast in the action sports world. We think it’s the best podcast in the world, period.
